Step 1: Heat a small skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken breast for 8 minutes, then flip and cook for an additional 4 minutes, or until cooked through.

Make sure that your chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F. Once the chicken is done cut it into diced bite-sized pieces.
